To return to bright-field
microscopy
• Close the shutter of the Epi-illumination
attachment and block the epifluorescent light.
• Rotate the excitation method switchover turret
to move the position where no fluorescent
cube is installed into the optical path.
• If the condenser is not mounted, install the
condenser, then focus and center the
condenser. (Refer to step 12 of bright-field
microscopy.)
• Turn on the microscope power switch to turn
on the diascopic light source.

Turn off all power switches after
completing observations.
Press the
p
ower switch
to the "◯" position.
Close the shutter.
Use the excitation method switchover
turret to change cubes.
Press the switch to the
"|" position.
