3. Next, prepare the upper stack for assembly as shown. Install it and ghten the screw. (Do not over-ghten the
screw or it will strip out the tower).
Drive Wheel
1. Loosen the three nuts securing the wheel to the hub ange.
a. There are 6 nuts on the outer rim of the wheel. Three are for holding the two rim halves together. These
have standard nuts with “star” lock washers. The other three are for securing the wheel to the hub.
These have Nylock style nuts.
2. Raise the wheel o the ground with a jack and remove the 3 mounng nuts.
3. Remove the wheel.
4. Reassemble in reverse order.
Transaxle
1. Empty soluon and recovery tanks.
2. Remove the squeegee tool.
3. Remove the baeries.
4. Remove one drive wheel and remove the transaxle mounng bolts behind it.
