Mandatory Program Options
These opons must be set to correctly match the Main Machine Controller to the machine.
DECK TYPE – There are 5 possible scrub deck opons. This funcon congures the control unit current sengs, ow rate
sengs, and scrub pressure sengs for each of the scrub deck types.
• 28 INCH / 71 cm CYL
• 32 INCH / 81 cm CYL
• 26 INCH / 66 cm DISC
• 28 INCH / 71 cm DISC
• 34 INCH / 86 cm DISC
To change the seng:
1. Scroll through the menu using the Soluon Increase and Decrease switches unl you get to the desired value.
2. To save and go back to the main menu, press the scrub ON/OFF switch.
MACHINE PLATFORM – This funcon congures the control unit for the machine size. Select between 21-gallon medium-
plaorm machine (SC750, SC750 ST) or 25-gallon large-plaorm machine (SC800, SC800 ST). This seng will aect the
soluon level, soluon, and chemical ow rate calculaons in the rmware.
• SC750 (21 GAL / 80 LTR)
• SC800 (25 GAL / 95 LTR
To change the seng:
1. Scroll through the menu using the Soluon Increase and Decrease switches unl you get to the desired value.
2. To save and go back to the main menu, press the scrub ON/OFF switch.
CHEMICAL SELECTION – This funcon is used to let the controller know whether or not the machine is equipped with the
oponal Detergent (Chemical) Mixing system and what brand to display upon power up. If it is equipped, it also needs to
know what geographic locaon the machine is used in for displaying the detergent rao as expected in that region. North
America mode: Shows chemical rao using X: XXX notaon (example 1: 300) and the “Advance” brand upon power
up for the “Americas market” (North, South and Central America). Global mode: (Outside of North, South and Central
America) Shows chemical rao using percentage notaon (example 0.3%) and the “Nilsk-Advance” brand upon power
up. In o mode, the chemical icon and rao are not displayed on the LCD.
