3.4 ALARMING AND SYSTEM INDICATION INFORMATION
Refer to Table 3.1 listed alarm condition or process, the incubator will alarm.
TABLE 3.1 DETAILS OF ALARM MESSAGE
ALARM MESSAGE DESCRIPTION
Power Failure Alarm
If the mains power supply fails or no power supply, the alarm with
audible and visual will active.
Box Position
If the sensor box wrongly placed, the “Alarm” light will flash with
continuous audible sound. At the same time, Message Indicator
displays “Box Position”.
Air Sensor
If the temperature sensor short-circuit, open-circuit or bad
connected, the “Alarm” light will flash with continuous audible
sound. At the same time, Message Indicator displays “Air
Sensor”.
Isolated Sensor
If the isolated temperature sensor short-circuit, open-circuit or bad
connected, the “Alarm” light will flash with continuous audible
sound. At the same time, Message Indicator displays “Isolated
Sensor”.
Temp Not Same
If the temperature difference deteceted between air temperature
sensor and isolated temperature sensor over 0.8℃，the “Alarm”
light will flash with continuous audible sound. At the same time,
Message Indicator displays “Temp Not Same”.
Airflow Sensor
If the air flow sensor short-circuit, open-circuit or bad connected,
the “Alarm” light will flash with continuous audible sound. At the
same time, Message Indicator displays “Airflow Sensor”.
Skin Sensor 1
In Baby Mode, If the skin sensor1 short-circuit, open-circuit or bad
connected, the “Alarm” light will flash with continuous audible
sound. At the same time, Message Indicator displays “Skin
Sensor 1”.
Skin Sensor 1
Position
In Baby Mode, If thetemperature detected by skin sensor 1 always
2 below the set temperature,℃ the “Alarm” light will flash with
continuous audible sound. At the same time, Message Indicator
displays “Skin Sensor 1 Position”.
Humidity Sensor
If the humidity sensor short-circuit, open-circuit or bad connected,
the “Alarm” light will flash with continuous audible sound. At the
same time, Message Indicator displays “Humidity Sensor”.
Oxygen Sensor 1
If the oxygen sensor1 short-circuit, open-circuit or bad connected,
the “Alarm” light will flash with continuous audible sound. At the
same time, Message Indicator displays “Oxygen Sensor 1”.
Oxygen Sensor 2
If the oxygen sensor2 short-circuit, open-circuit or bad connected,
the “Alarm” light will flash with continuous audible sound. At the
same time, Message Indicator displays “Oxygen Sensor 2”.
Oxygen Not Same
If the oxygen concentration difference deteceted between oxygen
sensor1 and oxygen sensor2 over 3%O
2
, the “Alarm” light will flash
with continuous audible sound. At the same time, Message
Indicator displays “Oxygen Not Same”.
