Troubleshooting
Refer to the flow chart on the opposite page to troubleshoot basic pattern
controller problems. If the problem persists, contact your local Nordson
representative for help or, call customer service at 1-877-667-3782.
The Nordson customer service representative will need the panel and
engine software versions in order to assist in troubleshooting the pattern
controller effectively. Make sure you have the panel and engine software
version numbers prior to calling customer service.
