8.2 Using the RTCP Function
The RTCP function in a part programme uses the programming syntax given below.
This syntax contains the RTCP function enable code followed by the arguments
denoting the rotary axes (twist head and/or turntable axes) causing movement on the
cartesian axes and describing the machine movements.
Syntax
G26+ Arguments specifying the rotary axes
G26+ RTCP function enabled.
REMARK The arguments specifying the rotary axes are specific to the machine
movements (see 8.3).
Cancellation
The RTCP function (G26+) is cancelled by:
- G26- with no arguments,
- a reset.
Notes
The RTCP function can be enabled with the cartesian and rotary axes in any position.
This enable automatically redefines the new position of the cartesian axes in the
programme reference system taking the machine movements into account.
External parameter E11018 (read-only) indicates whether the RTCP function is
enabled or inhibited:
- «1»: function enabled (G26+),
- «0»: function inhibited (G26-).
