1. Timing chain guide (tensioner side) mounted in
crankcase
2. Timing chain guide (fixed) between cylinder ,and
cylinder head
Install a NEW cylinder head gasket.
Install cylinder head screws in correct position.
NOTICE Cylinder head screws have different sizes
and lengths.

Tighten M6 cylinder head screws as per following
specification.
1. M6 Screws
Check timing chain guide (tensioner side) for
movement.
On cylinder1, install the plenum bracket, refer to
INTAKE MANIFOLD subsection.
