6.3 Setting up
HAZARD: EXCESSIVE WEIGHT
Two or more people are necessary during
installation of the air conditioner. Respect the
weight limits that can be lifted per person.
Failure to respect this precaution may back injury
or other injuries.
RISK OF SUFFERING CUTS
Failure to follow these instructions may cause
slight to moderate personal injury.
Copper refrigerant pipes in are NOT handles.
Do NOT use tubes to lift or move the unit.
6.5 Electrical connections
RISK OF ELECTROCUTION AND/OR DEVICE
MALFUNCTION
Failure to heed this warning may cause personal
injuries or death and/or damage to the unit.
– The unit MUST BE connected to an effective
ground.
– Do not use an extension cord.
– Aluminum cabling in the building may be
contraindicated – consult a qualified electrician.
– When the unit is in STOP position, the electrical
controls are still powered on.
– Disconnect electrical power before performing
maintenance:
– disconnect the power cord (if applicable) from
the wall outlet.
– Place the unit power switch in OFF position.
This product must be connected using the power plug provided; it is
not possible to modify the pins to connect it directly to the electrical
network.
