Shooting basics
Shooting mode setting — Mode dial
Set the mode dial to any of the following
positions and press the POWER switch.
● Always remove the lens cap before turning
on the camera since the lens automatically
extends when the camera turns on.

A/S/M, P
When the mode dial is set to A/S/M, you can
select any of the following shooting modes.
Shooting mode:
A (Aperture priority shooting)
S (Shutter priority shooting)
M (Manual shooting)
A/S/M mode setting
In the top menu, select MODE MENU T
CAMERA T A/S/M T A, S or M. Press .
Press again to cancel the menu.
