Attaching the coded function system (U-CBS)
Attach the U-CBS holder
a
by aligning it with the upper right corner
of the attaching position

on the back of the microscope.
Attach the rubber legs

(2 positions) dedicated to U-CBS provided
with the microscope frame to the lower back of U-CBS.
Open the U-CBS holder

, put the U-CBS mounting hanger

between the U-CBS holder and close the U-CBS holder

Attach the U-CBS holder to the other U-CBS mounting hanger

and
attach the U-CBS holder

to the back of the microscope.
Be careful not to attach the U-CBS over the label on the
back of the microscope.
Hold U-CBS and connect the connectors of the coded revolving
nosepiece, RS-232C interface cable, hand switch for exposure, etc.
to U-CBS.
If the connector is attached or detached while U-CBS
is attached to the U-CBS holder, the U-CBS holder
may come off from the microscope. When attaching or
detaching the connector, be sure to hold U-CBS with your
hand.
