For inspection of other equipment than that mentioned below, refer to the
instruction manual for the equipment being used.
ETO cap (MB-156)
When performing gas sterilization (ethylene oxide gas, STERRAD
®
50/100S
etc.), the ETO cap must be attached to the venting connector to equalise the
outer and inner pressure (see Figure 7.2).

Leakage tester (WA23070A)
When leakage testing the endoscope, the leakage tester is attached to the
venting connector of the endoscope connector and its hand pump is pressed to
check for any leakage (see Figure 7.3).
