Descent device open or dirty.
Take the descent device off (REF. 32-34-36 FIG. 10).
Clean it. If damaged, replace it. Handle with care.
Cylinder’s gaskets worn out. Send the jack to the maintenance centre of your
authorized dealer.
Dirty or damaged overload safety
valve.
Send the jack to the maintenance centre of your
authorized dealer.
Dirty nonreturn valve. Send the jack to the maintenance centre of your
authorized dealer.
Leakage in the pumping gaskets. Remove the pumping body housing the gaskets
(REF. 49-50 FIG. 10) and replace the latter.
Leakage in the cylinder gaskets. Send the jack to the maintenance centre of your
authorized dealer.
Descent device open or dirty.
Take the descent device off (REF. 32-34-36 FIG. 10).
Clean it. If damaged, replace it. Handle with care.
No oil in the tank. Send the jack to the maintenance centre of your
authorized dealer.
Trouble
The jack does not lift the
rated weight.
With the pumping action, the
arm lifts but descends to its
previous position.
The lift’s arm lifts slightly with
each pumping action.
The lift’s arms do not stay in
position.
The arm does not reach the
maximum declared height
The max. pressure valve is sealed by the manufacturer.
In cases of failures ensuing from it, send the to the
maintenance centre of your authorized dealer of the
OMCN S.p.A.
If problems persist even after applying the above solutions,
contact OMCN S.p.A. and avoid any non-specific operations.
Only purchase original spare parts. The list of spare parts
is included in this instruction handbook.
