Correct Usage
How to Apply the Arm Cuff
1. Make sure the air plug is securely inserted in the main unit.
2. Remove tight-fitting clothing from
your upper arm.
3. Sit in a chair with your feet flat on the floor and place your arm on
table so that the cuff will be at the same level as your heart.
