4-1-3 Installing the software
To install NQ-Designer run setup.exe from the installation disc and follow the
installation instructions.
4-1-4 Connecting the NQ-Series power supply
Connect a 24 V
DC
power supply to the NQ-Series.
4-1-5 Connecting the NQ-Series to a PC
The NQ-Series can be connected to a PC with the following programming
cables:
• Serial cable (NT2S-CN002)
• USB cable (CP1W-CN221)
Refer to Appendix A-2 and A-4 for more information on cables.

The serial cable can be used directly after connecting the cable.
Display Minimum: 800 x 600 with 256 colours
Recommended: 1024 x 768 with 16 bit colour quality
