 Error Detected
The discrepancy time between S_ChannelA and S_ChannelB is monitored when either of them
changes to TRUE or FALSE.
 Operation for Errors
• If an error is detected, S_EquivalentOut changes to FALSE and Error changes to TRUE. Diag-
Code shows the error state.
• If an error occurs in an input, make the inputs for both channels inactive (make S_ChannelA and
S_ChannelA FALSE) to reset the FB.
