Note (1) The S8M, however, contains a current-restricting circuit, so the peak val-
ue is not necessarily an accurate measure of the peak inrush current of
the connected device.
(2) Due to the startup delay (page 24) the peak output current display value
may be greater than the abnormal current tripping value.

Press the Mode Key ( ). Clear-
ing the peak time will be started
and 0.0 will flash on the display.
When 0.0 stops flashing, the clear
process has been completed and
the present current will be dis-
played as the peak output current.
