out, a register number error (error code: 02H) occurs.

Description
0 Accepts the Enter Command (constant saving) while the
Inverter is stopped.
1 Always accepts the Enter Command (constant storing).
The new constant becomes valid even if the Enter Com-
mand is not input. If the Enter Command is not used, how-
ever, the value returns to the stored value when the power
supply is turned ON again.
