unit
has
facilities
for
two
tape
decks.
If
you
are
using
only
one
tape
deck,
con-
nect
it
to
the
TAPE-1i
jacks.
If
you
have
two
tape
decks,
connect
one
to
the
TAPE-1
jacks
and
the
other
to
the
TAPE-2
jacks.

processor

as
a

equalizer
can
be
connected
to
these
jacks.
However,
if
you
wish
to
record
the
equal-
ized
signal,
it
is
necessary
to
connect
a
tape
deck
to
the
TAPE
REC
(record)
jack
of
the
equalizer,
not
to
the
R-811RDS.

Turn
on
the
PROCESSOR
switch
when
the
PROCESSOR
jacks
are
being
used.
e
When
there
are
no
components
con-
nected
to
the
PROCESSOR
jacks,
turn
off
the
PROCESSOR
switch.
The
MONO
OUT
jack
can
be
connected
to
a
subwoofer
amplifier,
or
to
a
subwoofer
with
a
built-in
amplifier.
When
connecting
anything
to
the
MONO
OUT
jack,
set
the
SPEAKERS
A
button
on
the
front
panel
to
ON.
