4.5.2 Flush installation
Cut out dimensions for flush mounting
4.6 Preparing kitchen unit
x In the case of thin worktops, there must be a
sufficiently rigid support plate on the unit.
x The back wall of the floor unit must be adapted for
the air duct.
x The drawers and/or shelves in the floor unit must be
removable.
x For correct installation, the drawers of the floor unit
must be shortened depending on the installation
situation.
x Bottom panel of the floor unit must be cut for the air
duct, according to the picture below and depending
on the installation situation.
x In case of worktop depth bigger than 600 mm, it is
possible to use the telescopic extension, in order to
save more space for the drawers.
x The extension part is telescopic, from 90 to 130 mm.
x Ensure proper air ventilation for the installed cooktop.
An air gap of at least 5 mm between the underside of
the countertop and the upper side of the
drawer/bezel is mandatory to prevent performance
losses. The built-in situation of the cooktop in the
cabinet affects the capability of the cooktop. The
integrated cooling unit needs sufficient cold air at the
inlets to avoid early derating.
