e) Frame length: Inline 32551000 Model
The distance between the two seat support fixtures (and thus the frame length) can be adjusted
by releasing the star grips (Fig. 17, item E).
Attention!
The distance of both seat units during the Inline Twin operation results from the
individual body measurements of the user and adjustment possibilities of both seats
in terms of the intended purpose.
During each adjustment you must ensure a sufficient space for the legs of the patients
while observing the maximum adjustment of both seats in regard of the seat tilt, back
angle adjustment, and knee angle adjustment.
The adjustment are to be checked and possibly readjusted by the qualified techni-
cian.
After the adjustment, make sure that both clamping screws are firmly tightened.
The maximum distance is given by the frame geometry and limited by engaging the
tripod springs.
f) Spring power adjustment
The spring power setting may only be changed by the healthcare provider. Make sure that the
same bore hole is used on either side for the spring power setting (Fig. 21).
