7.11.2 Four-point belt / Five-point belt (Fig. 37/38)
a) Belt installation/adjustment:
Attach the lap belt section of the four-point belt as described for the lap belt.
To attach the shoulder straps of the four-point belt, two cam-lock buckles to the outside of the back
basis must be rivetted by specialist dealer (Fig. 31, item A/B). Use countersunk head rivets.
Thread the shoulder straps of the four-point belt through the openings in the back padding to
the rear. Thread the straps through the open cam-lock buckles (similar to Fig. 28) and clamp in
position by closing the cam-lock buckles.
b) Belt adjustment:
The shoulder strap length is adjusted with buckle cover. For adjustment of the lap belt part see
section 7.11.1.
c) Belt use:
To open the belt buckle, press the red button (Fig. 37). To close the belt buckle, join the plastic
ends of the shoulder straps and insert the metal tab of the lap belt and put on the belt buckle
so that the metal tab locks in place.
The five-point belt (Fig. 38) is additionally provided with a buckle covered with a padded belt
part which is threaded through the seat plate and attached using a stop plate.
