repairedorreplacedbyPACCAR.
Thisisyouremissioncontrolsystem
defectswarranty.
Manufacturer'sWarrantyCoverage
Thiswarrantycoverageisprovidedfor
veyearsor100,000miles(160,935
km)or3,000hoursofengineoperation,
whicheverrstoccursfromthedate
ofdeliveryoftheenginetotherst
purchaser.Whereawarrantable
conditionexists,PACCARwillrepair
yourengineatnocosttoyouincluding
diagnosis,partsandlabor.
Owner'sWarrantyResponsibilities
Astheengineowner,youare
responsiblefortheperformanceofthe
requiredmaintenancelistedinyour
PACCARoperator'smanual.Youare
responsibleforpresentingyourengine
toanauthorizedPACCARdealeror
anauthorizedCumminsDistributor
assoonasaproblemexists.The
warrantyrepairsshouldbecompleted
inareasonableamountoftime,notto
exceed30days.
PACCARrecommendsthatyouretain
allreceiptscoveringmaintenanceon
yourengine,butPACCARcannot
denywarrantysolelyforthelackof
receiptsorforthefailuretoensure
theperformanceofallscheduled
maintenance.
