theyear2013,marketedbyPACCAR,
andregisteredinCaliforniaforusein
on-highwayapplications.
YourWarrantyRightsand
Obligations
TheCaliforniaAirResourcesBoard
andPACCARarepleasedtoexplain
theemissioncontrolsystemwarranty
onyour2014–2015modelyear
dieselengine.InCalifornia,new
motor-vehicleenginesmustbe
designed,built,andequippedto
meettheState’sstringentanti-smog
standards.PACCARmustwarrant
theemissioncontrolsystemonyour
dieselenginefortheperiodsof
timelistedbelowprovidedtherehas
beennoabuse,neglectorimproper
maintenanceofyourdieselengine.
Youremissioncontrolsystemmay
includepartssuchasthefuelinjection
systemandengineelectroniccontrol
module.Alsoincludedmaybehoses,
connectorsandotheremissionrelated
assemblies.
