Distributor.Yourvehiclecontainsair,
fuel,andelectricalcomponentsthat
mayaffectengineemissioncontrols.
Theuseofnon-genuineengineor
vehiclereplacementpartsthatarenot
equivalenttothePACCARengineor
OEMvehiclemanufacturer'soriginal
partmayimpairtheengineandvehicle
emissionscontrolsystemfromworking
orfunctioningeffectively,andmay
jeopardizeyouremissionswarranty
coverage.
Theownermayelecttohave
maintenance,replacementorrepairof
theemissioncontrolpartsperformed
byafacilityotherthanaPACCAR
authorizeddealeroranauthorized
CumminsDistributorandmayelect
tousepartsotherthannewgenuine
approvedrebuiltpartsandassemblies
forsuchmaintenance,replacement
orrepair;however,thecostofsuch
serviceorpartsandsubsequent
failuresresultingfromsuchserviceor
partswillnotbecoveredunderthis
emissioncontrolsystemwarranty,
exceptforemergencyrepairsas
describedbelow.
