DEFLevelinthelowrange,DEFLamp
onsolidorashing,theCheckEngine
lamp,theStopEnginelamp,theMIL
lamp,and/orenginederate.
Ifanyofthelampsremainonorbegin
toash,referto“EngineIndicator
Lamps”onpage3-3.
Undercoldconditions,the
“Wait-to-Start”lampwillilluminateat
keyon,andwillstayonforaperiodof
upto30seconds.
NOTE
Thelengthoftimethe“Wait-to-
Start”lampremainsilluminatedde-
pendsontheambienttemperature.
Thelowertheambienttempera-
ture,thelongerthelampwillbe
illuminated.
Oncethe“Wait-to-Start”lampturnsoff,
turnthekeytothestartingpositionto
starttheengine.
NOTE
Enginesequippedwithairstarting
motorsrequireaminimumof70
PSI(480kPa).
