• F dimension, Mount- and Ground Clearance always relate to each other on a set floor height.


 If the F-dimension is increased for a shorter mount clearance, the ground clearance will decrease.
Decrease ground clearance minimally only to clear obstructions (i.e. fuel tanks, cross members, hitches,
etc.) WITHOUT exceeding MAXIMUM “F” dimension (29”)
4.1.1 Possible Mount Plate Modifications for Short Over Hang
For installations on trucks with short over hang.
Cut plate in front and reweld it at the back with1/4"weld,
this will shorten the mount frame clearance by 6'
