Creating a user profile
The User Profile feature is not currently supported with the Franklin
Covey release of the Palm IIIxe electronic organizer. However,
Franklin Covey expects to support User Profiles in a future release of
the Franklin Planner software that comes with the Palm IIIxe
organizer.

Future release of the User Profile feature will enable you to configure
a number of Palm Computing organizers with specific information
(such as a company phone list) before distributing them to their actual
users without associating that data with a user name. The User Profile
feature is designed only for the first-time HotSync operation, before
you assign a User ID to a particular Palm Computing organizer.
