1. Turn off duty rotation (Refer to Section 4. Cancelling Duty Rotation, Pg 5 for steps)
2. Go to Quick Menu, and select AC Reset and confirm to clear Timer LED blinking.
3. Turn on duty rotation again (Refer to Section 2. Setting up Duty Rotation, Pg 4 for steps)
D. Unit response after recovery from power breakdown
After recovery from power breakdown:
1. Duty rotation will resume and Main unit will become the running unit, sub unit will become the backup
unit.
2. Rotation counter will start anew.
E. Unit treatment of setting change signals sent during duty rotation
1. During Duty Rotation, both Main unit and Sub unit ignore setting change instructions sent from remote
controller and Comfort Cloud app.
2. If CNT communication error on a unit is detected for more than 2 minutes, that unit is allowed to accept
setting change instruction from remote controller and Comfort Cloud app. After communication error is cleared,
that unit will start to ignore setting change instructions.
F. Support of Backup unit during high set temperature vs room temperature difference
Room temperature is detected by the running unit. Upon reaching a set temperature vs room temperature difference
threshold, backup unit will be turned on or off to support running unit:
For Cool/Dry mode For Heat mode
[(Room temp. – Set temp.) ≥ 2°C continuously for 60secs] =
backup unit ON
[(Room temp. – Set temp.) < 0°C continuously for 60secs]=
backup unit OFF
[(Set temp. – Room temp.) ≥ 5°C continuously for 60secs]= backup

14.13.8 System check during duty rotation
System check can be performed during duty rotation:
1. Go to Main Menu → System check.
2. Select Main unit to check system error for Main unit.
3. Select Sub unit to check system error for Sub unit.
