Programmable Settings
Programming Guidelines
The handset and the base unit have programmable functions. They are selected
from the function menu on the display (p. 15, 16).
How to select a function item from the menu
Make sure the handset and the base unit are not being used. The handset
must be operated near the base unit and off the base unit or the charger.

Handset: Press
[CONF/FUNCTION]

Base unit: Press
[FUNCTION/EDIT]

The main menu is displayed (p. 15, 16).
2 Scroll to the desired item by pressing [] or
[]. Press [] to select the item.
3 If the item has a sub-menu, select the menu item (p. 15, 16).
Repeat step 2 until your desired item is displayed.
4 Handset: Select the desired setting by
pressing [] or [], then press the soft key

Base unit: Select the desired setting by
