Using the Conversion Lens (optional)
When the wide conversion lens is used, it is possible to achieve a wider field of view in
pictures of landscapes or the like.
Preparations:
Turn off the camera and remove the lens cap.
Remove the lens ring front.
Be careful not to lose the lens ring front.
Attach the lens adapter.
A Lens adapter (DMW-LA6; optional)
The conversion lens and filters cannot be used
together. If any of these are fitted, be sure to remove
before fitting the conversion lens.
Rotate the lens adapter slowly and carefully.
Attach the wide conversion lens.
B Wide conversion lens (DMW-LWA52; optional)
Ensure that screw parts of the lens adaptor and
wide conversion lens are properly tightened.
The Focus Range When Using the Wide
Conversion Lens
The focus range is 0.75 times the focal distance of
the camera.

Zoom magnification 1k
Actual magnification 0.75k
35 mm film camera equivalent 18 mm
