5.6.1 Configuring lobby stations connected to extension boxes
Important:
R The
following settings must be configured to the same values for all lobby stations connected to the same
extension box.
Camera Display Priority
Camera Signal
Time and date settings
Monitor Time Out
Talk Time Out
Lift Signal Mode
Lift Signal Time
R Reception mode cannot be used with lobby stations connected to extension boxes.
PC programming
The
following procedure describes the basic flow for configuring lobby stations connected to extension boxes with PC
programming.
1. Extension box: Set the DIP switches of the extension box for the lobby station to be configured (page 56).
2. PC setup tool: Start the setup tool and configure the required [Room settings] and [General settings].
R Refer to page 39 for more information about PC programming.
3. PC setup tool: Select the lobby stations to upload settings to and then click [Upload].
R The lobby station specified here refers to the port of the control box that extension boxes are connected to.
For example, to upload settings to a lobby station connected to an extension box that is connected to port 2
of the control box, select [Lobby Station 2].
R When multiple lobby stations are connected to the same extension box, repeats steps 1 and 3 for each lobby
station connected to the extension box.
4. Extension box: After configuring all the lobby stations, set all the DIP switches of the extension box to the "off"
position (page 56).
