Lobby station R No image is displayed
(blue screen).
R Images have poor quality.
R The cables are not correctly connected.

Check cable connections and make sure
that all cables are fully inserted into the
terminals. In particular, check the
connection between the terminals (V1 and
V2) of the control box and distribution box.
– You can also use the Connection
check function (page 41) of the setup
tool to check connections.
R Power is not connected to all units.
→ Check the power connection and connect
power to all units.
R The following settings are not configured to the
same values for all lobby stations connected to
the same extension box.
– Camera Display Priority
– Camera Signal
– Time and date settings
– Monitor Time Out
– Talk Time Out
– Lift Signal Mode
– Lift Signal Time
→ Configure the same values for the settings.

R Power is not connected to the camera.
→ Check the power connection and connect
power to the camera.
R The signal format (PAL or NTSC) used in
incorrect.
→ Match the signal format setting (page 43)
to the signal format used by the camera.

R Another call is in progress.

Wait and try again later.
R The control box is not connected properly to the PBX (telephone
system) that controls the terminals, or the control box cannot call the
PBX for some reason.
→ Check the connections between the control box and the PBX, and
all relevant PBX settings.

R Setup failed

R The cables are not correctly connected.
