Missing color
• The print head lenses are dirty.
• The photosensitive drum with
missing color is not installed
properly.
• The photosensitive drum with
missing color is damaged.
• Clean print head lenses.
• Please remove the photosensitive
drum with missing color and reinsert
it.
• Please replace the photosensitive
drum with missing color.
Mottles and spots
• The printer is contaminated with
leaking toner.
• The print media does not meet the
usage specification. For example, the
print media is textured, damp, or too
rough.
• The paper used has been stored in
the air for a prolonged time.
• The photosensitive drum is
damaged.
• please contact the customer services
center.
• Please correctly use the medium
conforming to the specifications. See
Section 2.
• Keep the paper in its original wrapper
before use.
• Replace photosensitive drum.
Print is crooked or
skewed
• The tray fails to load the media
properly.
• The print media does not meet the
usage specification. For example, the
print media is textured, damp, or too
rough.
• The paper used has been stored in
the air for a prolonged time.
• Load correct paper. Please refer to
Section 2 for the way to load paper
correctly.
• Please correctly use the medium
conforming to the specifications. See
Section 2.
• Keep the paper in its original wrapper
before use.
Single color or black
images
• Photosensitive drum is not installed
normally.
• The photosensitive drum is
damaged.
• The print head lenses are dirty.
• Remove the photosensitive drum and
reinstall it.
• Replace photosensitive drum.
• Clean print head lenses.
Text or image cut
• The tray fails to load the media
properly.
• Photosensitive drum is not installed
normally.
• The print head lenses are dirty.
• Load correct paper. Please refer to
Section 2 for the way to load paper
correctly.
• Remove the photosensitive drum and
reinstall it.
