The security management function can be mainly divided into three major features: Lock Screen
Password, Job Control, and Port Restriction.
• The initial password for printer's lock screen and job control is 12345678.
• For security reasons, you are recommended to change the default password. You can
enter the "User Management" interface to change the password.
LockScrnPSW
You can control the printer panel by using the lock screen password function to prevent any user
from operating the printer without authorization. You can make the settings in the following
methods as required:
1. Click the “ScrtyMgmnt” button on the home screen to enter the “ScrtyMgmnt” interface.
2. Click on "Lock Screen Password" to enable the settings of lock screen password.
