5.1.2 Additional driving gears, manual mode
Some vehicle manufacturers or automatic transmissions offer
the possibility of shifting gears in automatic transmissions
manually or pre-selecting shift cycles for the transmission.
Examples of manual driving gear designations:
• Sport mode
-> High-speed behavior for the shift cycles.
• Economy
-> Environmentally friendly driving.
• +
-> Manually shifting into higher driving gears.
• -
-> Manually shifting into lower driving gears.
• etc.
These driving gears are considered and described in
summary in the operating instructions.
The designation of these additional driving gears is:
