 Connect motor leads to M1/U, M2/V, M3/W.

box of the motor directly to the earth/ground
terminal.

 If not using shielded cable, run motor leads in an
enclosed metal conduit bonded to the drive at
one end and the motor at the other.
 Connect the earth/ground wire to the
earth/ground terminal.

 An External Braking Resistor is optional.
Connect it between DBR+ and DBR- for
high inertial loads.
DO NOT apply external voltage sources
(mains supply or otherwise) to the braking
terminals.
We recommend using a thermal overload
switch to protect the braking circuit.
