A920 REFERENCE GUIDE
12.2 DHCP Wi-Fi Connection
The A920 supports DHCP setup for network and internet access. DHCP stands for Dynamic Host
Configuration Protocol. DHCP is a network management protocol used in IP networks. The DHCP server
dynamically assigns an IP address and other network configuration parameters to each device on the
network.
To set up DHCP:
1. First, navigate to the “Settings” app in the bottom right-hand side of the home screen. Once you have
located the “Settings” app, tap on the icon to open the settings menu. A password prompt will appear on
the screen. Type the default password “9876” into the password input and select “OK” to access the device
settings.
