Download the serial to USB adapter from the link below:

1. Right-click on the
PL2303_Prolific_DriverInstalle
r_v10518.zip file you
downloaded and select the
option to Extract All….
2. Click on Extract.
3. Right click on the
PL2303_Prolific_DriverInstalle
r_v10518.exe and select Run
as administrator.
