EBT Return
An EBT RETURN is the reversal of an approved and settled transaction. A RETURN refunds the specified
amount back to the customer’s EBT card. If the transaction has not already been settled, a VOID should
be processed. EBT return is not available for Cash Benefit.
1. The merchant initiates an EBT RETURN transaction using the S920 terminal.
2. The merchant enters the transaction amount.
