Gift Return
A gift RETURN is the reversal of an approved and settled transaction. A RETURN refunds the specified
amount back to the customer’s gift card. If the transaction has not already been settled, a VOID should
be processed.
1. The merchant initiates a gift RETURN transaction using the S920 terminal.
2. The merchant enters the transaction amount.
