When it comes to introducing your
baby to solid foods for the rst time
it’s perfectly normal to feel confused.
The huge amount of information
available alone can be overwhelming,
particularly if you’re a rst time
parent. Babies will sometimes spit
out the food prepared for them –
being unable to say what they do or
don’t want to eat. This can be quite
challenging for parents when weaning
their baby. But don’t panic, work
