You can customize the handset settings to
make it your own phone.
You can select from 10 ringtones.
Set the handset’s ringtone

Press .
2 Select [HS SETTINGS] > [RING SETUP],
then press to conrm each
selection.
3 Select [EXT. RING] to set an external call
ringtone, then press to conrm.
The setting is saved.
4 Select [INT. RING] to set an internal call
ringtone, then press to conrm.
The setting is saved.
Tone settings
Key tone is the sound made when you press a
key on the handset.
Set the key tone

Press .
2 Select [HS SETTINGS] > [TONE SETUP] >
[KEY TONE], then press to conrm
each selection.
3 Select [ON] or [OFF], then press to
conrm.
The setting is saved.
Battery tone is the sound made when the
battery is low and needs recharging.
Set the battery tone

2 Select [HS SETTINGS] > [TONE SETUP]
> [BATTERY TONE], then press to
conrm each selection.
3 Select [ON] or [OFF], then press to
conrm.
The setting is saved.
“Out of range“ tone is the sound made when
the handset is out of range and needs moving
closer to the base station.

> [OUT OF RANGE], then press to
conrm each selection.
3 Select [ON] or [OFF], then press to
conrm.

Ring settings
You can select among 5 ringtone volume
levels or [OFF].

> [RING VOLUME], then press to
conrm each selection.
3 Select a volume level, then press to
conrm.

Note
• If the ringer volume is set to o, the
handset is silenced for all incoming calls
except paging tone.
