Use ST keys to select { Erase } and
press OK.
D
Highlight { Erase title } to erase the
current selected title or { Erase all } to
erase all the titles in the disc, then press
OK.
 A con rmation message appears.

Select { OK } in the menu to proceed or
{ Cancel } to abort, then press OK to
con rm.
Protect/Unprotect title
You can choose to protect the recorded
title in order to prevent accidental loss of
recordings.
A
Press DISC-MENU.

Use STWX keys to select the
preferred title and press OK.
 The editing menu appears.

Use ST keys to select { Protect } and
press OK.
 A con rmation message appears.
D
Select { OK } in the menu to proceed or
{ Cancel } to abort, then press OK to
con rm.

When the title is protected, the option in
the menu will change to { Unprotect }.
Unprotect the title if you want to erase
or edit the title.
Rename title
The original title name is generated
automatically by the recorder. You can
give a new name to the title by following
the steps below.

Use STWX keys to select the
preferred title and press OK.
 The editing menu appears.

Use ST keys to select { Edit } and
press OK.

Highlight { Rename } and press OK.
 A keyboard screen appears.

Use W X ST keys to highlight a
character/number/symbol and press OK
to select.
 The maximum input is up to 64
characters.

You can use the following keys on the
keyboard screen to edit your input. To
select it, highlight the respective bar and
press OK.
abc
: display the letters in upper case.
ABC
: display the letters in lower case.
Symbol
: display the symbols.
Space
: create a space between the
characters.
Backspace
: remove the character to the
left of the cursor.
Finish
: con rm the rename.
Cancel
: cancel renaming and exit the
keyboard entry menu.

TIPS: No further recording and editing can be carried out on a full or  nalized DVD±R.
Press BACK to go back to the previous menu.
