Removing the driven pulley
- Lock the clutch bell housing with the specific tool.
- Remove the nut, the clutch bell housing and the
whole of the driven pulley assembly.
N.B.
THE UNIT CAN ALSO BE REMOVED WITH THE DRIVING
PULLEY MOUNTED.
Specific tooling
020565Y Flywheel lock calliper spanner
Inspecting the clutch drum
- Check that the clutch bell is not worn or damaged.
- Measure the inner diameter of the clutch bell.
Characteristic
Clutch bell diameter/standard value
Ø 107+0.2 +0 mm
Clutch bell diameter/max. value allowed after
use
Ø 107.5 mm
Eccentricity measured /max.
0.20 mm
Removing the clutch
- Equip the tool with long pins screwed into position
«A» from the outside, insert the entire driven pulley
in the tool and put the central screw under stress.
CAUTION
THE TOOL WILL BE DEFORMED IF THE CENTRAL SCREW
IS TIGHTENED UP TOO FAR.
