- Reassemble the nut securing the clutch and tight-
en to the prescribed torque.
CAUTION
SO AS NOT TO DAMAGE THE CLUTCH NUT USE A SOCK-
ET WRENCH WITH SMALL CHAMFER.
CAUTION
POSITION THE NON-CHAMFERED SURFACES OF THE
NUT IN CONTACT WITH THE CLUTCH
Locking torques (N*m)
Nut locking clutch unit on pulley 55 ÷ 60 Nm
Refitting the driven pulley
-Refit the driven pulley assembly, the clutch bell
and the nut, using the specific tool.
Specific tooling
020565Y Flywheel lock calliper spanner
Locking torques (N*m)
Driven pulley shaft nut 40 to 44 Nm
Drive-belt
- Make sure the driving belt is not damaged and
does not have cracks in the toothed grooves.
- Check the width of the belt.
