Why does my Pitco MG14S-C/MFD Fryer computer only control the left side of a split vat?

If the computer only controls the left side of a split vat on your Pitco Fryer, the wiring harnesses might be attached in the wrong order. To fix this, remove power to the machine, then power it up again. Unplug both sides of the computer, then plug in the right side first, followed by the left side.
