Determining how you spend your shipping labels

View the Shipment report to see how much postage you are spending. The report includes a list of all
the shipping labels you have printed along with their carriers and the amounts of postage.
1. Tap Settings.
2. Scroll down to Shipping Settings.
3. Tap Shipment Reports.
4. To list by cost accounts, tap Menu next to All Shipments column. Tap Summary by Cost
Account.
Removing funds
Your device has separate accounts for the Envelope Printing app and for the Create Shipping Labels
app.
To remove funds from one or both of your accounts, call Pitney Bowes support at 1-877-822-0996.
Pitney Bowes deals with the funds from each account separately.
