• File Not Found - This message is shown when the device is not connected to Internet or File is corrupted or
storage permission is denied.
• Unable to download file - This message is shown when the device is not connected to Internet.
• Device you are trying to connect is not supported - This message is shown when other than Brother QL-
1110NWB printer is selected for printing the label.
• Please check network connection and retry - This message is shown when the device is not connected
to Internet.
• Printer seems to be offline - This message is shown when the printer goes offline or the power supply is
off.
• Failed to connect to the printer - This message is shown when the print command is given and the device
is taken outside of range or some socket error occurred.
