If your Pixel Magic Media Player isn't displaying a picture, here's what you should check: * Make sure the power cable is properly connected as described in section 3.1, and that the green light is on at the front of the HD MediaBox. * Ensure that the USB>PC cable is disconnected before starting the HD MediaBox. * Verify that the correct video cables are connected between your display and the HD MediaBox, referring to section 4.1. * Confirm that your display supports a 480p signal. If it doesn't, refer to section 10.1 for instructions on changing the video output.
