Installed Alpine Aerotech, Ltd. C/Box Drain Reservoir Assembly in accordance with STC No. SR01452NY. Alpine
Aerotech, Ltd. Maintenance Manual Supplement, Document No. AAL-061-502-001-MMS, Revision NI, dated May 8,
2001 was provided and describes Instructions for Continued Airworthiness (ICA), which is now part of the aircraft's
inspection/maintenance requirements.
Installed Alpine Aerotech, Ltd. Induction Baffle Access Panel Kit in accordance with STC No. SR00515NY. Alpine
Aerotech, Ltd. Maintenance Manual Supplement, Document No. 191M-96-350-MMS, Revision NI, dated 2005-07-27
was provided and describes Instructions for Continued Airworthiness (ICA), which is now part of the aircraft's
inspection/maintenance requirements.
Replaced bonded panel center engine deck with all sheet metal titanium engine deck, Kit P/N 412-704-013-107, in
accordance with BHT-412-Sl-65.
The aircraft was weighed and a new weight and balance was computed. Revised flight manual equipment list. Log
